to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting information
you submit. This privacy policy only applies to transactions
made, and data gathered, on the LEXMTC.com portions
of the sites, collectively, the "Site"),
and does not apply to any other transactions, information,
web site or internet, telephone or offline point of
contact between LEXMTC and you or other consumers..
Please review this privacy policy periodically as
we may update it from time to time. This privacy policy
was last revised on January 1, 2007. Each time you
visit the Site or provide us with information, by
doing so you are accepting the practices described
in this privacy policy at that time. You agree that
by using the Site you are expressly and affirmatively
consenting to our use and disclosure of the information
that you provide, and consenting to receive emails,
as described below in this privacy policy.
SECURITY POLICY
Please use only one browser window
at a time (on the same computer) to order tickets.
If you open a new browser and order a different set
of tickets, the tickets held in the previous browser
will be released for sale to other customers. This
helps us to prevent attempts to use automated programs
to block other customers from getting tickets. This
site has security measures in place to protect the
loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under
our control. All transactions must be placed with
a secure browser for customers to take advantage of
this secure service.
RETURN POLICY
All Sales are Final.
All sales completed though
lexmtc.com are final. LEXMTC does not allow you to
refund or exchange any order once it has been confirmed,
so please be sure you have selected the proper event
and seat locations prior to completing your order.
Once tickets are issued, they are like cash and will
not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
Cancellations or Rescheduled
Events
In the event a performance is canceled
or rescheduled, ticket holders will be given noticed
via email or phone. Information is also sent to the
local media for publicity. If the event is canceled,
refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored
for the new date.
SHIPPING / PAYMENT POLICY
Ticket Mailing Process
Tickets that are purchased over the
phone can be mailed to the person who purchased the
tickets. Tickets can be mailed if there is sufficient
time to safely travel through the postal system. The
general rule is that tickets purchased within seven
days before the event will be left in 'will call'
to be picked up by the person who purchased the tickets.
If there are more than seven days before the event
tickets get mailed through the standard U.S. Postal
System to the address that the credit card used to
purchase the tickets is mailed. If tickets are to
be mailed to the ticket purchaser, please allow at
least seven to ten days before calling to inform the
box office that the tickets weren't received. For
tickets that are not received in the mail, patrons
should contact the place the tickets were purchased
from. If the tickets were purchased over the phone
from LEXMTC please call (877) 4LEXMTC.
Payment
and Service Charges
LEXMTC accepts several methods of payment
for purchase of your tickets: Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus,
and American Express. Any tickets purchased on Our
site are subject to a per ticket service charge, as
shown prior to the time of your ticket purchase. Your
order will be processed after your billing address
has been verified. If We are unable to verify this
address, We will attempt to contact You at the email
address that You provided when You registered to use
Our service. If We are unable to contact You, or You
do not respond within seven (7) days, We reserve the
right, in Our sole discretion, to cancel Your order
and to sell Your tickets to another purchaser.
